So true and so VERY important to remember 100% of the time… you cannot gain a pound on a binge (or at least, not on an average binge). If you allow yourself little treats or foods you crave here and there, you will do much better than if you refuse yourself everything and then crave it so much that you binge hardcore.
For example, for the past month I have been quote/unquote strict dieting… but I’ve lost over 20 pounds AND have not binged a single time. How? When there is something I am REALLY craving, I give myself a small portion, cut into small pieces, and eat it really slowly, making sure I enjoy each bite. I also drink water between each bite. Usually I can’t even finish the food I would normally binge on, because I get bored with it and no longer crave it!
Remember to diet in moderation and stay healthy - starving yourself deprives yourself of your full beauty potential, since you zap all of your essential minerals and vitamins. Take care of yourself on the inside and your outside will reflect that :)
