I’ve suddenly started pulling lots of my hair out. Handfuls. Please help?!?!?!!!
Edited to add… I do not remember posting this… I woke up with hair on my desk and no memory of any of this. :-/
I haven’t posted a progress picture in a while, so I figured I would do one. The last place I have to lose is around my waist. I hate my stomach and it seems like I will never get rid of it, but I’m working very hard. Any advice on how to work on that would be greatly appreciated.
But yes, I have lost 52 pounds and I’m 5’1”.
